7-DAY RETURN POLICY
Try any J-Clean product for 7 days. If it doesn't perform as described, return it for a full refund. This applies to used products. We want you to actually test the tool before deciding.
What's covered
- Product doesn't remove oil film as described
- Anti-fog protection doesn't work as promised
- Tool is uncomfortable to use or doesn't reach as advertised
- Formula causes unexpected reactions on your glass
- You're not satisfied for any other reason

How to Return a Product
Step 1: Contact Us
Email support@jclean.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll troubleshoot with you first. Often, application technique adjustments solve the issue without needing a return.
Damaged or defective products
We pay and ship replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Step 3: Pack and Ship
Pack the product securely. Print the prepaid label we sent you and attach it to the package. Drop it at any USPS location or schedule a pickup.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Returns within 7 days
If you ordered the wrong product or want to try a different J-Clean tool, we can exchange it within 7 days. Contact us and we'll send the correct product right away. Return the original using our prepaid label.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it immediately at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll ship a replacement right away.

Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, we process refunds within 3 to 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3 to 7 business days for the refund to appear.
