Returns
We want you to be confident in every J-Clean purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below.
RMA required
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To request an RMA, contact our customer service team at support@jclean.shop with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.
Return eligibility

The item must be new, unused, and in unopened original packaging.

Your return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Kits/bundles must be complete. Missing components or opened items do not qualify for a refund.
Fees & shipping

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We do not accept COD packages or provide prepaid labels unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by your bank or card issuer.
