Welcome to J-Clean (“J-Clean,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at jclean.shop and any purchases of J-Clean products. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility & accounts

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

3) Product information & safety

We strive to describe Products accurately; however, typographical, pricing, and availability errors may occur. We may correct any errors and update information at any time without notice.
Use Products only as directed on their labels. Always test on a small, inconspicuous area first. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes and skin; wear appropriate protective equipment as advised on the label/SDS.

4) Orders, pricing & payment

By placing an order, you offer to buy the Products selected at the prices displayed, plus shipping, taxes, and fees.
We may reject or cancel any order (e.g., for suspected fraud, pricing/stock errors). If payment was captured, we’ll issue a refund.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay). You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected method.
Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice.

5) Shipping, risk of loss & international

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
International: You are responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage, and import compliance in the destination country.

6) Returns, refunds & exchanges

Your satisfaction matters. Please review our Return/Refund Policy for eligibility windows, condition requirements, and instructions. We follow that policy for all returns and exchanges.

7) Promotions, coupons & gift cards

Promo codes are single-use, non-transferable, and may not be combined unless stated.
We may modify or end promotions at any time.
Gift cards are non-refundable and redeemable only for eligible purchases on the Site.

8) User content & reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, questions, or other content, you grant J-Clean a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute that User Content in any media for marketing, advertising, and operational purposes.
You represent that you own or control the rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any law or rights of others. We may remove or edit User Content in our discretion.

9) Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) scrape, crawl, or harvest data; (c) interfere with security or access controls; (d) resell Products without our prior written consent; or (e) misrepresent affiliation with J-Clean.

10) Intellectual property

The Site, Product names, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, photos, videos, and other materials are owned by J-Clean or our licensors and are protected by law. Except for normal shopping and personal use of the Site, no rights are granted to you.

11) Third-party services

The Site may link to or integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, analytics, social media). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. J-Clean is not responsible for third-party services.

12) SMS & email marketing (optional)

By entering your email and/or phone number and clicking submit, you consent to receive marketing emails and/or automated marketing texts from J-Clean at the contact information provided. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Text STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. For details, see our Privacy Policy. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

13) Disclaimer of warranties

EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW AND EXCEPT FOR ANY EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY INCLUDED WITH A PRODUCT, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, J-CLEAN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, J-CLEAN (AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS/REVENUE/DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, the limits apply to the maximum extent permitted.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless J-Clean from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your: (a) misuse of the Site or Products; (b) violation of these Terms; or (c) violation of any law or third-party rights.

16) Governing law; disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE/PROVINCE] without regard to conflicts of law rules.
Venue: You agree to resolve any dispute exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [YOUR COUNTY, STATE/PROVINCE], and you consent to their jurisdiction.

You and J-Clean waive class actions and may only bring claims individually.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when we last updated them. Updates apply when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

19) Contests & Giveaways

From time to time, J-Clean may run promotional contests, giveaways, or raffles (each a “Promotion”). The following applies to any Promotion, including the current “J-Clean First Edition Design Contest”:

Eligibility:

Open to legal residents of USA who are 18 years or older.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of J-Clean are not eligible.
Purchase of the First Edition J-Clean Oil Film Remover is required to participate in this contest.

How to Enter:

Purchase a First Edition J-Clean Oil Film Remover. Each purchase includes a pack of unique J-Clean stickers.
Create a design using the stickers (you may place them on the product, paint, or customize colors as you wish).
Share a photo or video of your design on Instagram or Facebook.
Tag @JClean_AutoCare and include the hashtag #JCleanFirstEditionDesign in the caption.
Entries must be submitted before xxx 11:59 PM EST.

Selection & Judging:

Winners will not be chosen randomly. Instead, J-Clean’s team will select three (3) favorite designs based on creativity, originality, and alignment with the J-Clean brand.
Decisions are final and at the sole discretion of J-Clean.

Prize:

Three (3) winners will each receive $500 in J-Clean store credit, issued as a digital gift card or discount code usable only at jclean.shop.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Rights Granted:
By entering, you grant J-Clean a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, repost, and display your design (including any photos, videos, or captions) for marketing purposes across J-Clean’s website, social media, and advertising, with credit to your account where possible.

General Conditions:

J-Clean reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at any time.
Inappropriate, offensive, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or Shopify.
